It is easy to participate in the auction and to bid online, just register yourself on the auction platform.
Registration and login
First you need to register yourself on the AUEX auction platform. Registration is quick and easy. If you are already registered on the auction platform, all you need to do is to log in and agree to the auction terms and conditions.
By registering for the auction, you agree to the terms and conditions of the use of the auex.de platform, as well as to the auction terms and conditions of KENDRO a.s. Before your first auction, we recommend you to make yourself thoroughly familiar with the auction platform environment. Before each auction, it is also worth checking your current financial limit settings.
Are you going to bid for the first time? Register yourself
Register yourself well in advance, at least 2 days before the auction starts. If you register later, we cannot guarantee your registration will be approved.
Are you a registered user?
If you are a registered user, just log in and agree to the terms and conditions of the auction. Before the actual auction, you should check the validity of all the information you have already provided and especially the current amount of your limit.
Participation in the auction and submission of a bid
First, make yourself thoroughly familiar with the current offerings of all the coins in the auction and rank individual coins according to your collecting priorities.
You can participate in a numismatic auction in two ways:
By submitting a limit to the auction
Your bids will take place automatically according to the bids of the other participants, up to the maximum amount of the limit selected by you. Submission of the limits to the auction can be carried out through your user account on auctions.kendro.cz or by using other auction platforms where the current auction is displayed.
Payment and billing
After the end of the auction, we will send you payment documents concerning the auctioned items. These documents will clearly summarise all the important information – theauctioned items and their prices, the amount of the auction fees and the total shipping costs. You will then make your payment by means of a bank transfer, either in euros or Czech crowns, in any case by the due date.
Delivery method and price
We will send you your winning items through a contractual shipping company or you can pick them up personally at our Prague office on the basis of a prior arrangement. In any case, we pack all auctioned items with the utmost care and in the case of transport through a contractual carrier we will insure them in full. Your coins are safe in our hands!
